It was friggen beautiful out today, hence the fact that I'm in a really good mood in these pictures. Also, I know, stop wearing the same two things. I promise I will. Eventually.

Reshaved my undercuts, though I've decided since to grow them out. Also, some sloppy french braids. They make me really happy, haha. Oh, and the bone clips, they were a gift from my loverly best friend Mary, who surprised me with them from Sourpuss Clothing. I have since become obsessed with that site and basically cry over it every time I open my laptop.

Awkward.

Yes, I Wear This Shirt Every Day

So I haven't been posting terribly much, mostly because I've just been wearing this denim shirt in every kind of combination I can get away with for as many consecutive days as I can swing. It's a problem. But I love this shirt and do not care.

No big deal, just modeling.

Clearly I need to find a new way to do my nail polish, but this time I had fun with some leopard print. It's chipping. And this is my crazy Marc Jacobs spring ring that leaves gnarly marks on my finger but is Marc Jacobs and crazy so I suffer for it.

Dressed up cause it's nice out today, though not as warm as I was hoping. Still, was kinda going for the look of an extra in a John Waters movie. Don't think I did so bad. One day I'll do a Wanda inspiration post. Anyway...

Also, it's Admitted Students Day. I was laughing a LOT because tour groups were right outside the huge ass windows where I take my pictures. And then they started to come inside and I looked like this:

because I was trying to get a picture real fast but they started to come upstairs, haha.

And in other news, I am a pretty flamingo.

And the reason for the title here is that I have officially decided to start going by Cat (Ciaran Ann Theresa). Should be a fun experiment in nicknames and my ability to respond to people.

Got dressed and then my plans for the day got canceled so instead I took the train down to visit my sister and stay the night.

Also, since the bow sticker fell off I decided to have some fun with my roommate's nail polish pen. A little bit of feminism and a fuck you to patriarchy. Fun times.

Inside All of Us is a Wild Thing

I just now realized that I wore this dress in my last post. Oops. It's raining and kinda gross today but I decided I wanted to dress nicely, dammit. The socks, which I ended up quite liking here, were originally a ploy for warmth. And I'm quite happy with the mixture of prints I've got going on here.

The bow tie is a clip on that I bought at a vintage sale on campus in the beginning of the year. I haven't worn it a lot lately but when I was looking through my jewelry this morning it seemed like the perfect addition to the outfit.

Also I painted my nails last night and used one of my roommates Hello Kitty stickers to add a bit of fun (and the irony having it place on my middle finger). It has since fallen off but it was fun while it lasted.

And finally, I dyed my hair! It's nice and pinky purpley goodness and I'm quite happy with it :)
